This Memphis in May we placed seventh in the world in the whole-hog category in large part thanks to an Amazing Team and thanks to Chef Chris Cavender and our unofficial extended team of dedicated folks.

Chef Chris Cavender is Mark Wheeler’s team partner and helped the team finish in seventh at Memphis in May – 2021.
